Struct ForeignValue 

pub struct ForeignValue(pub Arc<dyn Any + Send + Sync>);

The opaque payload carried by NodeValue::Foreign: an owned, thread-safe Any a binding downcasts back to its host value. Arc keeps NodeValue Clone (the SPPF walk clones freely) and Send + Sync (no core public item is !Send/!Sync; an owned PyObject/JS handle is itself Send + Sync). Manual Debug — dyn Any is not Debug.
